another yellow beauty
this house is in my neighborhood. i love it. i think it has the perfect color combination of house and shutters. when it was for sale many years ago, we walked through it and it was the first modern house i had seen with a clawfoot tub. that trend seemed to catch on, and you see more and more of them.
there is one more yellow house in my neighborhood that i am going to try to snag a picture of, but then i guess i am going to have to go on a field trip :)

From my visits to the States, I am guessing you live on the East Coast, maybe in New England. I love the proportions of the architecture there and this house kind of typifies what I saw in Vermont, which was gorgeous colonial style.
Love those sage green shutters on the cream coloured house. Love it!
I love this one Beautiful!
Gorgeous home!

I didn't know you lived in my neighborhood. hehe :)
I love yellow houses too. But, alas, my home was grey when I moved in and will likely remain grey (vinyl siding!). But for my daughter's first birthday, my husband built her a beautiful dollhouse. We painted it yellow. I always say to people that I want to live in that sunny-hued dollhouse. It really is cute, and now you've got me thinking I should do a blog post on that dollhouse... Hmmmmm...
So beautiful. I want to come live in your neighborhood! I would love to see more pics of YOUR house too!
I love this house! And those shutters- Yumm-o.
I really love that house. It's so pretty and has a great feeling to it.
